Our goal is to empower our customers to be better Agile practitioners. We aim to help our customers achieve this through our Jira apps and in the support we provide.
Availability of Apps
We leverage Amazon AWS to host our apps for Jira. To see the status of our servers, please refer to the AxisAgile Apps status page.
Our apps are built on top of Atlassian’s Jira. To see whether Jira is up and running, please refer to ‘Jira Cloud’ on the Atlassian status page.
Business hours
Our business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (in the Sydney, Australia time zone). We are closed during NSW public holidays.
Response times
We will respond to your support requests within 24 hours of receiving them. In most cases, this will be much sooner.
