Availability of Apps
Our apps are built on top of Atlassian’s Jira. To see whether Jira is up and running, please refer to ‘Jira Cloud’ on the Atlassian status page.
We will respond to your support requests within 24 hours of receiving them. In most cases, this will be much sooner.
